Welcome to BACCOA!

The Bay Area Contract Compliance Officers Association (BACCOA) embraces the philosophy that we need to offer our members the opportunity to explore best practices in the areas of Equality of Opportunity in Employment and Business, Contract and Labor Compliance, including women, minorities, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities.  We also offer the chance to do benchmarking by networking with public and private organizations that are currently engaged in initiatives to implement equal opportunity in employment and contracting, equal rights, equal access and fair labor practices in public works projects.

We encourage our members to implement initiatives that are positive and beneficial to California and the entire nation.

At BACCOA, it is our belief that to achieve our goals we must have the character to act in an ethical manner consistently, the courage to pursue equality of opportunity in the face of adversity and dwindling resources, and the commitment to see our civil rights initiatives through to successful ends.
